Ecological Landscape Units

The classification of ecological units of the landscape (ELU-Ecological Landscape Unit, for its acronym in English) was the result of the integration of physical and geographical data as well as the mapping of vegetation which allowed the delimitation of 15 ELUs, each one of which it represents a specific entity or basin crossed by the right of way of the PERU LNG gas pipeline. The names chosen to designate ELUs reflect the watershed, watersheds, or some other outstanding geographical or biological feature of each ELU.
